Week 8 Challenge

Here is the week 8 challenge.  Time to get tough people.  

1 min plank
50 jumping jacks
20 push ups
25 squats
20 bicep curl to shoulder press
20 lunges each leg

Do three rounds, three days this week.

2 days, walk or run or run/walk for 30 min.
