Cauliflower Popcor...Another good one for salty is:<br /><br />Cauliflower Popcorn<br />INGREDIENTS<br />1 head cauliflower florets chopped into bite-sized pieces<br />2-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast (found this at a health food store)<br />1-2 teaspoons garlic powder (you can use other seasonings such as onion salt, dill, peppers, etc, let you imagination go wild)<br />1 teaspoon sea salt<br />2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil<br />Splash water<br />To taste black pepper<br />Put all ingredients into a gallon size zip lock bag (or a reusable Tupperware-type container) and shake until cauliflower is thoroughly coated with mixture.<br />Should be eaten the same day it is made as it does not store well.higailannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01047426573965044623noreply@blogger.com
